Hired as strategic CEO/Leader by the Investors/Owners to scale into regional and global markets for eventual exit within three years.

Addressed critical burning problem of business – lack of new logo in prior two years, channelised attention to GTM transformation leading hands-on & working closely with management team closed nine new logos within last three quarters of the financial year.

Coached and mentored existing leadership to adopt and implement across-the-board performance-driven culture, starting with my directly reporting management team and percolating down to all organisational levels. Adopted the SMART model for setting targets, measuring progress and recalibrating actions to achieve desired goals and objectives.

Empowered CTO to drive the platform change from Microsoft/ on-premise to Open-source Java/ cloud, SaaS-based and services & operations leadership for successful replacement in key client installations.

While the transformed team & improved performance within a short span of 4 quarters were ready to take off, new potential investors courted during the same period weren't keen to invest in a regular business that would generate, at best, 5x of revenue valuation Viz. Compared to likes of snapdeal, myntra etc., that could yield over 100x in returns.
